"Sizing is all over the place"
I ordered my usual size and, it was way too tight. Then I tried another dress in the exact same size and it was absolutely huge, so yeah, it really made no sense. It’s just so annoying when you’re paying for delivery and returns. I don’t think I’ll risk ordering again.

I ended up returning it, which was a bummer because the colours actually looked pretty much like the photos. The fit just felt a bit off on me, and the fabric wasn’t quite as nice as I was hoping for.

I’m tired of this happening. The dress looked nothing like the photos, the colour was completely off, and the fabric felt really cheap. The description made it seem way nicer than it actually was, so I felt misled.

"Surprisingly smooth, no major complaints"
I was expecting the usual annoying stuff when shopping online, like pages loading slowly, random pop-ups, or sizes being hard to find, but it was actually smooth. Everything loaded fine, checkout was simple, and I didn’t run into anything confusing. I’m still a little wary because sites can be hit or miss, but this one didn’t give me much to complain about.

I ordered sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the checkout itself was really quick and straightforward. The only thing I noticed was the payment page took a bit longer to load than I expected. Not a huge deal, but it did make me pause for a second.

"Lovely dresses and worth the wait"
I’ve ordered from Hope & Ivy a few times now i’ve been really pleased every time. I’m not the most patient person when it comes to waiting for deliveries, so I was glad everything arrived quickly and was packed nicely. The dresses feel really nice on, and the prints are a bit different without being too loud or over the top. Sizing has been good for me overall, though one dress was maybe a little snug, but nothing I’d make a fuss about. Overall, it’s a lovely brand and I’d definitely buy again. Feels worth the money

"My new favourite dress"
I only just got my Hope & Ivy dress, so maybe I’m still in that excited new-purchase phase, but I love it. The embroidery is even prettier in person, especially up close, and all the little details make it feel really special. The fit was great too, which makes me want to order from them again soon.

"I had an issue with my order waiting…"
I had an issue with my order waiting around for a reply was annoying. I felt like I was being forced to be patient when all I really wanted was a quick update. That said, once someone finally got back to me, they were helpful, explained what had happened, and got it sorted. Not the smoothest experience, but it was fixed in the end, so I’m okay with it.

"Found the dress I wanted without the usual hassle"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with a couple of other brands I know, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from Hope & Ivy. But the dress I had my eye on was actually in stock in my size, which feels surprisingly rare on other sites lately. No waiting around for a restock or going through all that faff, I just ordered it straight away. The site was easy enough to use too, so it was a smooth experience overall. I’m still loyal to my usual favourites, but I’d definitely buy from Hope & Ivy again.

I’ve worn these a couple of times now and they’ve been comfortable for just everyday stuff. The material feels nice and they look pretty much like I expected. After trying them on and walking around a bit, I’d say the fit is good overall, though they are just slightly long on me

"Lovely dress that held up really well"
I’ve worn my Hope & Ivy dress a few times now, including for a full day at a wedding, and it’s been great. No loose seams, no odd stretching, and it washed way better than I thought it would. The fabric still feels really nice too. I’m really happy with it overall and would definitely buy from them again, especially if there’s a discount or some sort of goodwill credit offered next time.
